She was the founder of AprilCakes (from 2000-2012) and The Granola Girl (2011-2021). After exiting her business, April continues produce events and build her networking group of heart led entrepreneurs, Serendipity Collective. She is now living her dream of spending more time in Paris and when in Vancouver, April lives with her 3 adult children and fur besties, Rocky and Roni.
